I have really enjoyed this workshop & this wiki is an amazing resource for me! Thanks for doing such a great job.
Blogs: This workshop has inspired me with my plans to have a blog with my AP US Government students about the 2008 presidential election. I think this is a particularly fitting project being that blogs are becoming one of the newest forms of campaigning!
Podcasting: In this workshop I found that several major news sources have election specific news shows folks can download on itunes. Also I found on itunes the podcasts from the candidates themselves which is also a growing form of campaigning.
Wikis: This is an area that I have struggled with. I think it could be a great way to help my students prepare for the AP US Government exam. They take the class terms 1 & 2, but then don't take the exam until 4th term. If we divided up into groups & divided up the chapters, they could create a wiki together to prepare for the midterm & the final. This wiki then could be used for them when they prepare & review for the exam in the spring.
